New features include:
Better security via (two factor authentication)
Wait lists for full performances
and NO Geographic restrictions

You will need to have your mobile phone to log in since an authorization PIN code will be sent via text message
On the new site, current Active members will click on a special link to keep their subscription plan and not be subject to the increased prices (we are raising prices for the first time in 8 years)

If your message requires a response, you can typically count on receiving a reply within 3-4 hours. If you are contacting us after hours we will reply by the next day. Our member service hours are:

  • Monday thru Saturday: 10:00 am to 8:00 pm EST, 9:00 am to 7:00 pm CST
  • Sunday: 10:00 am to 2:00 pm EST, 9:00 am to 1:00 pm CST
